Good morning house, happy sunday. Please am having this problem am 13 weeks having serious waist pains and too much spitting it gets me irritating now. And now 13 weeks my stomach is just flat like normal please hope it is not a problem to worry about.

It's normal, you won't notice that some people are pregnant until they give birth. It might be the nature of your body. Sometimes, first pregnancy doesn't show much. For the spitting to relieve you, chew bitter kola. Small quantity at intervals.
