Good morning everyone, happy Sunday. I'm having this problem for 13 weeks now, I have serious lower back pain and excessive coughing that irritates me. Now, after 13 weeks, my stomach is flat like normal, please hope it isn't a problem to worry about.

It's normal, you won't notice that some people are pregnant until they give birth. It might be the nature of your body. Sometimes, first pregnancy doesn't show much. For the spitting to relieve you, chew bitter kola. Small quantity at intervals.
