Am am 6weeks and 5days pregnant and am feeling very weak i feel as if am about to vomiting but its not coming out and i always split and feel like fainting and am a first time mom

So sorry. Try to see a doctor to rule out any serious issues. But it can be normal to feel that way. Am more worried about the fainting part. See a doctor to run tests to make sure you nd your baby are ok. Nd start taking your folic acid or prenatal vitamins.

It would soon pass, I felt that way too when I was around that stage of pregnancy. But now I feel much better.

This is normal! you will feel nauseous for a few more weeks just like im going to! and dizziness and fatigue are very very common. as long as it isn't severe or worrying you should be okay but always make sure to double check with your doctor about any worries !
