I'm 6 weeks and 5 days pregnant and I'm feeling very weak. I feel like I might be going to vomit, but it doesn't come up. I always get dizzy and faint, and I'm a first-time mom.

So sorry. Try to see a doctor to rule out any serious issues. But it can be normal to feel that way. Am more worried about the fainting part. See a doctor to run tests to make sure you nd your baby are ok. Nd start taking your folic acid or prenatal vitamins.

This is normal! you will feel nauseous for a few more weeks just like im going to! and dizziness and fatigue are very very common. as long as it isn't severe or worrying you should be okay but always make sure to double check with your doctor about any worries !
