Hello , Am 7weeks pregnant , this is my second pregnancy. I want every mother to support me by given me tips on how to keep myself nd the baby healthy. Cause , I don't want what happened with my first pregnancy to repeat itself. I lost my first pregnancy due to a long labor which almost lasted for a day. Pls, help me bring my child to this world safely. I need to know what am suppose to do and eat at the right time. I never miss my appointment with doctor or miss my drugs.
