Боли внизу бывают как пмс ,но не такие прям сильные.Сходите лучше к врачу и узи наверное нужно будет сделать.

У меня так было, в 8 недель на узи показало гиматому врач дюфастон назначила и все прошло, побольше отдыхайте и берегите себя и следите за выделениями
