Who got rid of a lump in their stomach, ??? Anyone tried self-massage? I have a hernia. My belly just hangs terribly (especially over the hernia).

Попробуйте сделать вакуумы. Массаж. Ну и тренировки на общее тело.

Вакуум, наули каждый день сразу после того как проснулись. Общие тренировки на пресс, массаж сухой щеткой проблемных зон
