Hello, I have a question: does anyone know a good doctor in Astana specializing in pediatric neurology with whom we could negotiate an appointment and pay for a child's examination so they can get a precise diagnosis? The child is 7 years old. After a year-old vaccination, the child stopped developing. There are problems with the head, specifically seizures.
