Girls, hello! Can you tell me who takes what pills for suppressing lactation? Or how did they deal with breastfeeding in general? Do I need to express milk?

Ничего не пила,отучала постепенно или сцеживала до облегчения

1 раз ничего не пила , сцеживала до облегчения . 2 раз пила достинекс , за 2 дня все закончилось.

Я пила достинекс через 3 дня ушло молоко , не сцеживалась
