Hello, it's been 40 weeks of contractions and there haven't been any premonitions, is it possible to trigger labor on my own?

Камила , Я тоже хожу Уже и полы по 2 раза перемывала, и другие способы тоже вход пошли, тяжело уже, все никак не хочет выходить пока ? Пдр на 7 мая, и что то пока тишина ?
