The baby is 3 months old. What could cause vomiting in a child? After feeding once a day, like this (photo attached), the pediatrician said that she overfed. But I don't think so. Where and to whom can you turn?

может на животе после кормления лежит, или держите может туго на руке и живот сдавливается. думаю тоже от перекормления??‍♀️
