У моей такая аллергия была я так испугалась честно сказать не ходила к дерматологу ходила к педиатру она сказала это аллергия и возможно кожа запрела но у нас была в районе груди я искупала в очень слабом растворе марганцовки и фенестил дала слава богу все прошло буквально пара дней
