Может быть родимые пятна, может укусил кто, аллергия, ударились, стерли обо что то, вариантов куча, думаю лучше к дерматологу обратиться.

У мужа так бывает, если чемто с усилием провести, например если прижмет к себе тяжелое и по коже какбы протянет. У него очень тонкая кожа сосуды расположены близко к поверхности из-за этого, у вас так же?
