The girls have a spinning head, haven't slept properly, I walk shakily... What should I do? I even had seizures in both legs at night ?

От судорог магний можно попринимать,а чтоб не шататься надо спать с малышкой когда спит она. Если очень плохо спит то магний тоже хорошо помогает, если вы на ГВ.
