Hello everyone! My son has a swollen finger near the nail on his foot for 2.5 months. I trim his nails carefully, but I don't remove the skin around it. I had paronychia before as well, on the same finger, but it was hidden surgically. What ointment can I use in this case to prevent pus from forming? I attached a photo.
