Сразу мастит не может быть, если есть комочки то это пока лактостаз, если не массажировать и сцеживать или давать ребенку, то перейдет на мастит. Массажируйте!!!

Температура в норме? У меня при лактостазе температура была не ниже 38. Помогает мазать траумелем и расцеживать застой под теплым душем. При температуре принимала таблетку детского нурофена.
