я лично не перетягивала - это нельзя делать,а просто сцеживала до облегчения и комки разбивая массажем,пару дней меньше приход,за неделю все

Здравствуйте. Кормлю до 1,5-2 лет. Просто перестаю кормить и все! Никаких утяжек, сцеживаний и таблеток..

Я свела кормления до 1 в сутки, после полного отлучения прошло 3 недели и грудь начала болеть и комками браться, хоть и массаж вечером лёгкий раз в два дня делала, пришлось таблетку покупать...
