Только физраствор/солёная вода и аспиратор. По-другому никак. Такое периодически будет происходить, когда лезут зубы. У сына на верхние так всегда

Аспиратор baby vac очищает лучше всего

сделать угол наклона спинки положив подушку под матрас (как люлька в рд)хорошо очистить нос,меня спасает аспиратор от пылесоса беби ВАК убирает тщательно все даже из горла.
