Hello. Girls, who have negative blood. I was told to buy 2 shots of resonators, at my own expense. Is anyone given by insurance and are these injections mandatory?

Milka , У нас с мужем разная: у меня минус, у него плюс, и мне сказали, что уколы обязательны. А если резус совпадает, то их не нужно. Просто эти уколы очень дорогие.

Ольга?? , When my aunt gave birth she was also Rh-, and the father was Rh+. She was delivering with a private doctor who asked, "Shall we give the shot?" My aunt said yes, she'll ask them to bring it, but in the end she forgot and they didn't give it to her — now she has antibodies in her blood.

Milka , My aunt gave birth 14 years ago; back then there wasn't even any talk of those shots, but I don't know what Rh factor her son was born with.

Isadora , You need these injections so that the second and subsequent pregnancies go as well as the first. If you don't get these two injections, there will be an Rh conflict with the next pregnancy and your body will simply reject the baby as a foreign body. Better to be safe. I have 4- blood, my husband is 1+. I will get these shots.

I'm Rh-negative too; I've heard you'll have to buy it — if you don't get the shot right after childbirth, antibodies will appear in your blood and later it will be very hard to carry a baby. It's better not to skimp on that, but I heard the injection is only needed after birth. Here in Kazakhstan one ampoule costs 42,000.

At 28 weeks they give an injection, and another after delivery. But generally they take blood every 2 weeks to check antibodies.

We also needed to get this shot.. it was given around the 29th week... yes it's really expensive but I live in Turkey, and we got it for free here.
