I'll also take Omega-3 since I'm allergic to all fish, so I decided to take Elevit too, and they said to keep taking Yodilaif, but I think isn't that a lot to be taking?) I also mentioned calcium, but I heard somewhere that it's better to take it in the third trimester, I guess.

Not much, I've been taking it like this my whole pregnancy) I grabbed an omega at first — Doppelherz — but then I read the instructions, and it's not allowed for pregnant women. I gave it to my husband and bought Omegamama for myself. I didn't take extra calcium. I think it was prescribed, but they said something like, "take 1 tablet a day for 10 days and that'll be enough." I didn't want to buy a whole pack just for 10 tablets. I do eat cottage cheese, basically. And about calcium in the third trimester I've also heard you shouldn't — supposedly the bones should get softer before birth, and calcium would make them stronger ?♀️

Elevit didn't agree with me... it made me feel sick... so if you're going to take it, get a trial blister pack to try, so you won't be sorry later if it doesn't suit you!
