Who started experiencing symphysis pubis dysfunction early on? Did you have a natural birth? Or a cesarean? How did you manage the pain?

Гуля , During my first pregnancy, symphysis pubis dysfunction started only towards the end and was just 0.5mm; I gave birth naturally. They say that for those who start early, by the end of the pregnancy it can stretch up to 10mm, and after 5mm you can't give birth naturally ??‍♀️. But of course, the pain is already unbearable, even though it's only been 3-4 days.

I started having pains from week 22 (during my first pregnancy I didn't feel anything). I hope to give birth naturally; I'm really scared of having a C-section. If your pain is unbearable, maybe it's better to call an ambulance?

Hello, with my first child, the pubic bone gap was about 5-6 mm; I gave birth naturally, but after the birth, my pubic bone hurt a lot. For my second child, I had a cesarean section because the gap had increased to 12 mm, and they said if I gave birth naturally again, I could become disabled.
