If you mean figuring out how far along you are or your due date, pregnancy is usually dated from the first day of your last menstrual period, not from the day sex happened. An early ultrasound in the first trimester is the most accurate way to confirm dates, especially if your cycles are irregular. What was the first day of your last period, and are your cycles usually around 28 days?
