Sertraline at 9 weeks — one of the antidepressants that are most often continued during pregnancy if it is truly needed. Stopping it on your own is more dangerous: abrupt discontinuation can cause a rebound of anxiety or depression, insomnia, panic symptoms, and an untreated condition also affects the pregnancy. It's correct that the psychiatrist is making the decision. It's better that your obstetrician-gynecologist in Doha also knows about the medication, and that the dose is changed only together. Also clarify the name and the dosage: they usually write 25 mg, not 0.25 mg.
