Hello everyone! I have a daughter who is breastfed; she is 1 year and 1 month old. I planned to breastfeed her until she was 2 years old, but I found out that I am pregnant. Can you advise me on what to do? Is it possible to breastfeed during pregnancy? And how can I easily wean her off breastfeeding? I don't know whether to continue or to stop.

Everyone is different; if there is no discomfort, everything is fine and you can continue feeding. At your stage, with my second child, I had pains and felt that I could harm by continuing, and the baby easily weaned off. However, there are moms who continue feeding right up until childbirth; it's all individual!

I had constant tension. At 4 months, I weaned her off the breast. My daughter turned one year old. I applied a green antiseptic to my breast and she wouldn't take it. She was fussy for a couple of days and then everything was fine.

I also weaned off breastfeeding after a month, I felt pain. The gynecologist said that during breastfeeding the uterus contracts and it can lead to consequences. Everything is very individual, an acquaintance breastfed up until giving birth and then breastfed both children right away.

I gradually weaned, it took 1.5 months. Pulling and then a rise in temperature is dangerous for a new pregnancy. I skipped a couple of daytime feedings, then only evening and nighttime ones remained.
