I often have practice contractions, and now I'm afraid that I won't realize when the real contractions start 😁😩. Initially, based on my monthly cycle, my due date was set for November 22, but then after an ultrasound, it was moved to November 29, which confuses me even more because I don't know which date is correct 🥲.

Если схватки становятся регулярными, увеличиваются в интенсивности и не проходят после отдыха, скорее всего это уже настоящие схватки. Что касается даты ПДР, лучше всего обсудить это с вашим врачом на следующем приеме. УЗИ может быть более точным методом определения срока беременности, поэтому вероятнее всего, что дата на основе УЗИ более правильная. Viktoriia , According to the ultrasound, I am currently at 38 weeks. However, the gynecologist is counting by menstrual cycle and said that if I don't give birth this week, I will be admitted to the hospital from Monday because the 40th week starts on Saturday.

My due date was May 4th, but I gave birth on April 19th. I had false labor twice; I thought I was going into labor. The first time, the pain lasted for more than an hour, and the second time it also hurt, then suddenly stopped within a second, and that was it. I went to sleep. My husband was shocked. I went to give birth because my water broke; there were no pains or anything. In the morning, the mucus plug came out, and by noon, the waters broke, as if a balloon had been popped. An hour later, contractions started. After 8 hours of contractions, I was fully dilated.

Viktoriia , The ultrasound consistently gave different dates. The last time they said April 30th. But according to my menstrual cycle, it's May 4th. But you know, I had a lot of tears. Three internal, four external. They say it's because I gave birth dry. So it's better if everything happens on time. I wish you to give birth without a single tear. And the contractions are a completely different kind of pain. And indeed, they were exactly a minute apart. For example, a minute of contraction, two minutes break. Then the breaks became shorter, and the contractions lasted longer.

Ярославна , Measure the contractions. When there are clear intervals and clear breaks, it means it has started. In false labor, the breaks would jump from five minutes to three minutes.

Viktoriia , I gave birth exactly at 38 weeks, on April 19th. Today our little one is already 7 months old. Everything has faded like a bad dream 😅 everything has healed and passed. I wish you to meet your little one soon. Don't be afraid of anything.
