Good night! What could this be? An allergy?? The diaper wasn't changed; we have been using the same diaper brand since birth. It lasts for about 3/4 of a day.

Возможно, ваш малыш стал реагировать на какой-то из компонентов подгузника, детского крема или моющего средства. Рекомендуется обратиться к педиатру для проведения диагностики и назначения лечения. "It stays on for a long time - what does that mean? You don't change it throughout the day? Well, there's your answer to your question. How can you leave a child in a dirty diaper for so long? Everything starts to ferment on the poor thing. It's evident from the photo - there's a rash, diaper rash. Take the diaper off now and spend more time without it while you treat the diaper rash. Wash thoroughly, apply diaper cream until it all clears up. For the future - change the diaper at least 4 times a day, even if there isn't that much urine. Change/wash accordingly."
