Hello everyone. I just noticed that the midwife wrote in my report that I have a "short CRL", I read on Google that it means a short cervix ? but she didn't mention anything during the appointment. Girls, has anyone else experienced this? Is it dangerous? I'm only 12 weeks along.

Hello! A short cervix (or a short cervical canal) can be a potentially dangerous condition during pregnancy, as it may increase the risk of preterm birth. However, at 12 weeks of pregnancy, it is still too early to draw final conclusions. It is important to discuss this issue with your doctor or midwife to clarify what precautions can be taken to prevent possible complications. In any case, regular monitoring and consultations with specialists will help control the situation and take necessary measures. There is no need to panic in advance, but it is important to monitor your health and follow all the doctor's recommendations.

Ника, In the ultrasound, I didn't find such information; apparently, they didn't specify it.
