Girls, how did you cope with medication-related rhinitis during pregnancy? I have no strength left already! ((I have to drip vasoconstricting drops at night otherwise it's impossible to sleep)

I was on drops for a year When I got pregnant I switched to children's ones, then I only used them in one nostril Then I forced myself — when the drops ran out I didn't buy any more I think it helped me; if I'd quit abruptly it would have been really rough)

At first I was rinsing with baby Aquamaris, and now, knock on wood, it's gone.

It started for me, it's some kind of nightmare. I can't sleep, I'm snoring. I rinse my nose at night with a saline solution I bought at the pharmacy. And I put a drop of sea buckthorn oil in each nostril. But I still wake up at least once during the night because of the congestion. I also have Aquamaris drops I can use at night. They don't help 100%, but they let me fall asleep.

Nazivin for children — no other way! Breathing through the mouth is harmful for a child.
