I gave birth on August 24th, and my period has not yet returned. Usually, after childbirth, it returns after about 2.5 months. But this time, I had a postpartum cleaning, and it still hasn't come back. However, over the past month, I've had brown spotting for a few days on two occasions. What could this be? Has anyone else experienced this?
