Hello. Today I noticed that the baby's genital area is slightly swollen and reddened. But it doesn't seem to bother him at all... What could it be? The doctor is only available next week.

It might be balanoposthitis. I carefully wiped it with saline solution and applied hydrogen peroxide, and used Levomekol ointment, but my son was older than yours. It's better for you to consult with a doctor; for now, you can wash/wipe it more frequently.
