Hello! I have a stuffy nose. Tried aqua-mars, nazivin children's, nothing helps. Only use nasonex. Now this problem appeared, a terrible pain in the throat, it seems to burn. What do you recommend?

You shouldn't use naphazoline during pregnancy. Try the children's Snoop. It helped me.
