Hello, the baby (1.5 months old) has these red spots. Could it be an allergy or something? I don't think I've eaten anything unusual in the past few days.

It looks like an allergy! But it's better for you to see a doctor, as the age is young and you shouldn't take anything on your own.

Bathe in a series. Maybe you are wrapping up too warmly and that's causing heat rash.

We had that too, most likely it was prickly heat. I also thought it was an allergy, but the pediatrician didn't say anything.
