This morning, the girl went to the doctor because she had brown discharge yesterday. They did an ultrasound and said everything looks fine. The pregnancy is uterine and there is a heartbeat. They mentioned there is a threat. They prescribed Duphaston. What did you do, did anyone else have a threat? Is it necessary to stay in bed all day? And what foods should be avoided, or what can be eaten more to help maintain the pregnancy? ??

I understand that this can be very scary and nerve-wracking. It's important to follow the doctor's recommendations and take the prescribed medications. Regarding diet, it is advisable to avoid spicy, fatty, and overly sweet dishes, as well as alcohol and coffee. It is recommended to consume more vegetables, fruits, proteins, and healthy fats. As for rest, doctors usually recommend limiting physical activity and getting plenty of rest. But since every case is individual, it is best to consult with your doctor and follow their recommendations. Take care of yourself and your little one! ?❤️

I did everything as prescribed. I mean all the medications. I didn't do any housework; my husband took care of everything. I spent a lot of time lying down and we took evening walks for 40-60 minutes, either walking slowly or sitting in the garden. Nutrition should always be without restrictions; this is also good for the child's health when you start introducing solid foods and eating from the common table. Take care of yourself! ?

At the 5th week, I was told there was a threat, they prescribed suppositories and told me to rest, not to lift anything heavy, and not to get stressed. Now, by the grace of God, it's already the 39th week, and there has been no threat since the 22nd week. If you take care of yourself and your nerves, everything will be fine ??.

You must lie down if you don't want to be hospitalized. I had a threatened miscarriage. They said if you promise to lie down, you can go home, but we would have kept you for at least a couple of days and given you IV treatment. I left. I have a three-year-old son, so naturally, I couldn't just lie down. The bleeding started again, this time more severe. I ended up lying in the hospital for over a week with an IV drip. Everything turned out fine, but I still think it would have been better if I had just stayed in bed for a couple of days initially. My son had a very hard time coping with being away from me for a week.

My doctor kept warning me about the risks throughout almost my entire pregnancy. Of course, it's very important to rest, avoid stress, not lift heavy objects, not reach upwards, and if prescribed progesterone, it's better to take it. Try to experience more pleasant emotions, get rid of negativity. It's important to maintain a balanced, natural diet throughout the pregnancy, and listen to your body's cravings—it will indicate what it's lacking. In general, moderation is key in everything ?.

At 8 weeks it was the same, they also diagnosed a threat. They prescribed suppositories. I didn't use anything. I just tried not to strain myself. Now there's just a little bit left until childbirth.
