Ladies who have given birth, could you please tell me what started your contractions? Right now it's unclear if it's the lower abdomen, like during periods and there's also a slight pulling in the waist.

If they gradually went away, then they're practice contractions, but the real ones could still come for sure? Good luck with the birth, don't worry—most importantly, your baby is already full-term❤️
