Ladies who have given birth, could you please tell me what started your contractions? Right now it's unclear if it's the lower abdomen, like during periods and there's also a slight pulling in the waist.

Contractions may start and the water might not break at all But you definitely won't miss contractions, you'll immediately know them It's most likely contractions have started; if they then become more frequent and more painful, head to the maternity hospital? If they gradually went away, then they're practice contractions, but the real ones could still come for sure? Good luck with the birth, don't worry—most importantly, your baby is already full-term❤️
