Hi, I'm new here. If you would like to know if there will be any problems with my baby if I don't take the medication they give me at the clinic?

Why don't you want to take your medication? It's actually for the baby to have the right nutrients in his/her body ..but let's hope you are eating food with all the nutrients that your pregnancy needs

Tnx for the reply Pamkin they make me feel sick and i tld the nurses abt this issue thy said i should try taking them b4 i eat bt im stll the same so i was thnkng of cutting off frm these med bt now that i know ill thnk twice tnk u?

Hi try Pregnavit M, my Gynaecologist approved it, it doesn't make me feel sick...its about R120 at clicks or dischem. It has folic acid, and other essential vitamins and minerals

Carry them with to the clinic, let the midwife give you the go ahead.

@Nqobile my gynaecologist said i should continue with folic acid if i couldn't tolerate the one given. Then luckily with time i was able to get another that i could tolerate. So i advice you still tell the nurses for an alternative. And before then take your folic acid Nd nutritious meals.
