Или над паром или в кипячёную воду положите. Отдайте кипятком. Ну это же элементарно) и в инструкции к обычным даже бутылкам все должно быть написано. В больнице никто это делать не обязан, разве что попросите кого то. Ну лучше брать все готовое

Дома прокипятите, сомневаюсь что в роддоме это будет кто-то делать. А зачем он вам? Обычно после кс молоко далеко не сразу приходит и лучше всего прикладывать малыша к груди сразу
