Please tell me, I enrolled in the housing cooperative (ЖК), but at the beginning of the week we moved and I changed my policy...I will go to the new housing cooperative on Monday...I'm thinking I might have to re-submit everything or is the exchange card enough?

Сейча есть общая база, раз вы уже сдавали анализы, по-хорошему они не должны повторно отправлять вас, плюс ещё и в карту занесены результаты все. Везде, конечно, по-разному, но по правильному должно быть так.
