I took two doses of Magne B6 with vitamins. My doctor prescribed it at the very beginning. Then she also prescribed multivitamins because I asked for them. Probably I forgot about magnesium and B6 in the multivitamins. ??‍♀️ In general, who takes vitamins in what dosages?
