У меня так же, стоит увлажнитель , не помогает, пишут что это у большинства беременных так из-за гормонов, так же и с кровоточивостью дёсен, я в носу увлажняю кокосовым маслом или брызгаю долфин морской водой

У меня также. Отопление сильное, душно, хоть и проветриваем. Чаще промывают нос. Кровь тоже бывает
