Girls, I need advice! Can you please tell me how to get a birth certificate for a child in Kazakhstan's Central Office (ЦОНе) in Kazakhstan if I am giving birth in the USA? The baby will be an American citizen, will they give me a Kazakh birth certificate upon arrival? I would like to receive a maternity benefit and payments for having a child. Thank you!
