Please is it safe to take antibiotics during pregnancy?

Please is it safe to take antibiotics during pregnancy? And treating of urinary track infection? I was given a drug by my Dr to insert in my vaginal to treat infection. I just pray it won't affect my baby.

it is safe I had the same with my first born ...just lay and insert it ...it was a white longish tablet that dissolves inside and doesn't effect baby
