У меня вот недавно так было Без температуры Сходила к терапевту Взяли анализ на ковид ( отрицательный) Прописала мукалтин, флувир 2 раза в день и я сама купила аква марис Мне сейчас полегчало Хотя есть ещё чуть чуть кашель и насморк
