Good day! I am 7 weeks pregnant, my lower abdomen and waist have been hurting badly, an ultrasound showed a subserosal hematoma measuring 2.1 x 0.7 cm, signs of Uterine Prolapse. My gynecologist prescribed Dufaston and Papaverin, I take them, but the pain is very strong, but there's no blood, has anyone experienced this? Should I call an ambulance?
