Только сегодня спрашивала у своего врача. Баня, сауна, салярий нельзя. Нагревание сильное провоцирует лактостазы и маститы.

Здравствуйте . Когда Месячные, беременность , грудное вскармливание - большая вероятность после пребывания на солнце или в солярии получить пигментацию кожи, которую потом вывести сложно.
