Мне эпизо не делали, но я со своими швами через 2 недели ещё не сидела, вот после 3х недель уже смогла садиться.. спасалась левомеколем, после двух недель подмывалась уже не мылом, а средством для интимной гигиены, мыло сушить сильно начало, что небольшой зуд появлялся после мытья.. сейчас уже нормально сижу, только если долго сижу, вставать немного больно, но из-за копчика

У меня было 4 наружних шва. На свой страх и риск уже сидела в роддоме кормила( лежа не получалось) . Через неделю сняли швы перестало болеть.
