У всех так было и это нормально. Организм перестраивается после беременности и родов. Наберитесь терпения

Здравствуйте. У меня со старшими двумя так было. С третьим Слава Всевышнему все хорошо. Пила витамины, после третьего триместра оставались, их и пила. С волосами, зубами- все отлично! Волосы даже гуще стали. Ну и ем я ежедневно много зелени и овощей, ягод немного. К фруктам я равнодушна, но пару тройку в день съедаю...

Витамины, можно маску луковую втереть в голову и подержать. Не очень приятно, но помагает
