поясница начинает болеть из-за давления других органов, которые матка раздвигает

Ну боль в горле и пояснице думаю никак не связаны, горло полощите Сода +соль, пейте больше тёплой жидкости, а поясница смотря в каком месте болит, причины то разные бывают
