Tomorrow is 36 weeks? and it seems like only 12 weeks ago. The closer I get to childbirth, the scarier it gets. Girls, what videos should I watch about childbirth? Recommend some that you really found helpful, breathing techniques and so on.

Тоже чем ближе тем страшнее. Тем более когда не знаешь чего ожидать. Я просто читаю истории родов , смотреть что либо боюсь. Ну нафиг.

Посмотрите курс на ютубе Александра Кобаса. Мне очень помог с первой дочкой, со второй пересмотрела тоже. Все четко и по делу! Только когда будете включать в настройках ускорьте видео, а то речь у него медленная, а если ускорить процесс то поинтереснее даже смотреть))
