Hello. Could you please tell me what the maximum duration is for massage? I mean, lying down with my stomach down is necessary. I don't have a belly yet, it's 13 weeks. How long can I still afford this kind of thing?

До 15 недели можно лежать на животе.

а противопоказаний к массажу нет? с врачом консультировались? а так, на животе можно лежать пока лежится

Я ходила до 20 недели, беременным на животе массаж не делают, делают лёжа на боку. Если грамотный массажист конечно. Меня массаж просто спас от болей в спине ?

Массаж верхней области можно. А поясницы ни в коем случае нельзя! Простимулируете так себе тонус матки

Я в данный момент хожу на массаж, лежу на боку. Поясницу не трогают. Ноги , руки, спина ,шея- кайф!!!
