Да скорее всего выбирает удобную позу для опорожнения,мои детки тоже так делали,потому что после кормления как говорят новая еда старую толкает))))

Моя дочка так делает,если захватит воздух с едой.Я несколько минуток подержу столбиком,он выйдет и дальше кушает
